yo peep this recipe out. it's so good it deserves its own thread. this will be the second time in a week i've had it and easy as fuck to make.
1lb chicken 1 garlic clove (minced) 1/3 cup of soy sauce 2 tbs of brown sugar 2 tbs water 1 tps of ground ginger slivered almonds 2 tbs of olive oil or veggie oil 1 cup frozen or fresh broccoli florets
cut chicken into chunks. throw into pan with veggie oil. cook till it browns.
add the rest of your ingredients in a crockpot or slow cooker. when chicken is browned add to mixture of crockpot. cook on HIGH heat for 1 hour. then turn down to LOW heat and cook for 3 hours.
if you cook it right the chicken should pretty much fall apart wen you touch it. eat over rice, add broccoli and slivered almonds on top
